Water facts

Water is called the "universal solvent" because it dissolves more substances than any other liquid. This means that wherever water goes, either through the ground or through our bodies, it takes along valuable chemicals, minerals, and nutrients.

Pure water, which you won't ever find in the natural environment, does not conduct electricity. Water becomes a conductor once it starts dissolving substances around it.

Water is amphoteric, which means it can act as both an acid and a base. Self-ionization of water produces H+ and OH- ions.

Pure water has a neutral pH of 7, which is neither acidic (less than 7) nor basic (greater than 7).

The water molecule is highly cohesive - it is very sticky, meaning water molecules stick to each other and to molecules of other substances. Water is the most cohesive among the non-metallic liquids. This is adhesiveness. Water is adhesive to molecules capable of forming hydrogen bonds with it. Adhesion and cohesion lead to capillary action, which is seen when the water rises up a narrow glass tube or within the stems of plants.

Water has a high heat index-it absorbs a lot of heat before it begins to get hot. This is why water is valuable to industries and in your car's radiator as a coolant. The high heat index of water also helps regulate the rate at which air changes temperature, which is why the temperature change between seasons is gradual rather than sudden, especially near the oceans.

The density of water means that sound moves through it long distances (ask a whale!). In sea water at 30°C, sound has a velocity of 1,545 meters per second (about 3,500 miles per hour).

Air pressure affects the boiling point of water. The higher the altitude, the lower the air pressure, the lower the boiling point of water. At sea level water boils at 212°F (100°C), while at 5,000 feet, water boils at 202.9°F (94.9 °C).

Water is unusual in that the solid form, ice, is less dense than the liquid form, which is why ice floats.

Let's discuss here the major qualities of Water influence health.

Contaminants. Mineralization

Government scientists have evaluated 830 of the contaminants most often found in water supplies, according to a review of records from the EPA and the United States Geological Survey. You can test the quality of the water in your home by purchasing and using a home test kit, by engaging your senses, or by procuring a Water Quality Report for your area.

There are water containment test kits to check the level of chemical load of the water such as before and after purifying and more. Test Kits can show whether the water is contaminated or not, but you will also know exactly what the contaminants are.

Purification systems are successfully effective with removing it such as Carbon Filtering, Reverse Osmosis, Distillation.

PH. Acidic, Alkaline.

For a solution to have a pH, it has to be aqueous (contains water). Thus, you can't have a pH of vegetable oil or alcohol. PH value is related directly to the ratio of positively charged hydrogen ions [H+] and negatively charged hydroxyl ions [OH-].

PH is really a measure of the relative amount of free hydrogen and hydroxyl ions in the water. When water has an equal concentration of H+ ions and OH- ions, it is said to be neutral (pH=7)
When water has a greater concentration of H+ ions, it is said to be acidic (pH<7)
When a solution has a greater concentration of OH-, it is said to be alkaline (pH>7)
The pH scale is a logarithmic scale, which means that when the pH increases or decreases by one unit, you change the concentration of H+ ions tenfold. So for example, a solution with a pH of 8.0 is ten times more alkaline than a solution with a pH of 7.0. A solution with a pH of 9.0 is 100 times more alkaline than a solution with a pH of 7.0.

Since pH can be affected by chemicals in the water, pH is an important indicator of water that is changing chemically.

The pH of water determines the solubility (amount that can be dissolved in the water) and biological availability (amount that can be utilized by aquatic life) of chemical constituents such as nutrients (phosphorus, nitrogen, and carbon) and heavy metals (lead, copper, cadmium, etc.). In the case of heavy metals, at lower pH they are more soluble. (Source: A Citizen's Guide to Understanding and Monitoring Lakes and Streams)

Human PH. The pH of blood ranges from 7.35-7.45. PH of other body fluids is different. The stomach is very acidic, with a pH of 3.5 or below, so it can break down food. Urine changes, depending on what you eat -- that's how your body keeps the level in your blood steady.

Normal rainfall has a pH of about 5.6-slightly acidic due to carbon dioxide gas from the atmosphere.
The pH of distilled water is pretty close to 7. Once it exits the distillation process, though, water will inevitably absorb some carbon dioxide from the atmosphere which will lower the pH to around 6.0.

Litmus paper, which can be found at pet-supply stores (to check the pH of aquariums) is simply a strip of paper that, when a sample of water is dropped onto it, turns a certain color, giving a rough estimate of pH.
There are a lot of PH test kits.

Oxidation-Reduction Potential

There is a continuous exchange of electrons that takes place between substances in the air, in the earth, in water, and in our bodies. This phenomenon is known as ion exchange.

In an effort to reach a state of stability, substances that are lacking electrons are desperately seeking out electrons wherever they can: these substances are referred to as oxidizing agents. On the contrary, substances which have a surplus of electrons are capable of donating their extra electrons: these substances are referred to as reducing agents, or anti-oxidizing agents, which help counteract free radicals that create aging and disease in the body.

Oxidation-reduction potential, or ORP, is a measurement that indicates the degree to which a substance is capable of oxidizing or reducing another substance. ORP is measured in millivolts (mV) using an ORP meter. Most meters can read values ranging from -1000 mV to +1000 mV.
ORP can also be thought of as representing the availability of electrons. Because reducing agents give up electrons, a reducing environment is one where electrons are relatively available.

A positive ORP reading indicates that a substance is an oxidizing agent. The higher the reading, the more oxidizing it is. As such, a substance with an ORP reading of +400 mV is 4 times more oxidizing than a substance with an ORP reading of +100 mV.
A negative ORP reading indicates that a substance is a reducing agent. The lower the reading, the more anti-oxidizing it is. As such, a substance with an ORP reading of -400 mV is 4 times more anti-oxidizing than a substance with an ORP reading of -100 mV.
For example, water may be moderately oxidizing (such as aerated water), strongly oxidizing (such as chlorinated water or hydrogen peroxide solution), or reducing (such as an environment where anaerobic microbes are active).
Most types of water, including tap water and bottled water, are oxidizing agents, their ORP value is positive.

Water with a high pH level has a higher amount of reducing agents and is designated by -ORP, which is a negative ORP reading. Water with a low pH has a higher amount of oxidizing agents and is designated by +ORP, which is a positive ORP reading.

The ORP of the internal environment of a healthy person is always on the reductive side, with some redox couples below -350 mV.

A low ORP is also seen with certain human biological fluids. The oral fluid of a healthy human and mother's milk both have negative ORP -70 mV,8
Freshly made fruit and vegetable juice such as carrot juice with an ORP of -50 mV.

However, as mentioned before, more important than the ORP value is the chemical species responsible for that ORP value. Just because water has a low or negative ORP, does not mean that it has any physiological or biological antioxidant value if consumed internally. Indeed, something with a negative ORP could actually be toxic, and something with a positive ORP may actually be therapeutic.

This is possible to make antioxidant, ORP negative water with just simple oats. Oat works very well to make water go to the antioxidant negative ORP value. It is enough to put oats in the water and leave them for a day or two or more.
If you use already soaked oats the process of ORP drop will take less time and can bring results as soon as 2-8 hours.
Oats makes ORP up -500 in 1-2 days and up to -900 depends on time. After two days and more we can already name it as Oat kvass. Better use glass and don't use plastic to avoid plastic infusing. When bubbles will start to appear ORP is ready. But can use an ORP meter to be sure.
Flaxseed, barley, wheat work as well as oat - it just tastes different.
So let's name it Oat Kvass. And depending on the taste in demand or no taste we can keep the process 1-2 days or more.

- Oats 5oz/150 grams. Whole oats, flakes, better raw but oats you have and prefer.
- Purified Water 67 oz/2 liters of water
- Sweeteners, optional. 1-2 teaspoons of honey, syrup, or dried fruits such as raisins.

Soak oats in the Water. After 1 day throughout the water and wash the oats.
Put oats in the jar again and Leave them for a day, 24 hours, room temperature or a little warm. Cover with a breathable lid or to tie gauze.
The second day can be put in the fridge if there is no need for the rich kvass taste, but if you want just improve water ORP level
For a rich kvass taste keep them at room temperature for 2-4 days more, until fermented oat kvass tastes pleasant.
When it is ready, refrigerate. Keep oats in the jar to keep ORP level. But Stor in the refrigerator for no more than two days.
Check the fermentation process every day to check the taste and to control fermentation to avoid over fermenting or mold.

Oats may be cleaned, washed, and used again, just pour the water. This portion of oat can be used a few times for kvass or for subsequent cooking.

Kvass offers a wide range of minerals, nutrients, including vitamin B12.

Surface tension.

Another Water characteristic is Surface tension. Water has a very high surface tension. In other words, water is sticky and elastic, and tends to clump together in drops rather than spread out in a thin film, like rubbing alcohol. Surface tension is responsible for capillary action, which allows water (and its dissolved substances) to move through the roots of plants and through the tiny blood vessels in our bodies.

Water Memory. Energy and Structure.

A certain vibration is introduced to the water, the water remembers that crystalline structure.
The water stamped with positive words is far more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing than that stamped with dark, negative phrases.

Dr. Masaru Emoto's Experiments.
Dr. Emoto filled multiple containers with water, and to each, he directed either positive or negative thoughts - both written and verbal. He wrote either positive or negative words on the container, spoke to them positively or negatively, or played positive and negative music to the container.

For instance, saying positive statements such as "Thank You", "I love you", "I am grateful for you" to one container while making negative statements such as "I hate you", "I will hurt you", "Get away from me!" etc. to another.

In a similar vein, he directed music with positive or negative tones and lyrics towards another set of containers.

Each experiment was conducted for a specific time. At the end of the experiments, he collected samples of water from each container and froze them. The crystals were then photographed.

Dr. Emoto found that samples of water that were treated to positive thoughts and intentions, positive music, prayers formed clear and beautiful ice crystals, whereas, water from polluted sources, water exposed to negative thoughts and intentions showed negative and ugly patterns.

Dr. Emoto then took the experiments to a completely new level by adding human indifference in his experiments.

He added rice to three containers, adding water, and then subjecting each to a positive, negative, and indifferent attitude for 30 days.

Positive = Positive prayers
Negative = Harsh statements
Indifference = Completely ignoring them

At the end of 30 days, he compared the level of decay in each container.
He found that the container that was showered with positive praise fermented, giving off a sweet aroma.

The one exposed to negativity turned black.
The neglected container also caught mold and decayed, showing how indifference to oneself is also devastating.

The crystalline structure of water refers as "clusters." The smaller the clusters, the longer the water will retain its memory. If there is too much space between the clusters, other information could easily infiltrate this space, making it hard for the clusters to hold the integrity of the information. Other micro-organisms could also enter this space. A tight bonding structure is best for maintaining the integrity of information.
Negative phrases and words create large clusters or will not form clusters, and positive, beautiful words and phrases create small, tight clusters.

In order to improve the conductivity of information, there needs to be geometric designs with golden proportions that can be seen in pyramids. In case of water, its water structure shows superimposed pyramids three dimensionally and the more perfect it is, the more beautiful hexagonal water crystals it becomes.

Conclusion

The average human body is 60% water.
Any living creature is made out of water and even minerals and the planet itself are the same. So positive, gratitude thoughts can make any related things beautiful and harmonized.
Positive and negative thinking have a major impact on the surrounding environment.

Tap Water's molecular composition changes from being violently pumped, and traveling through so many turns in pipes.

But with positive, loving words, gratitude, the right music, prayers having beauty, flowers around we can do water energy and water memory more positive. That water which we will put into our body.

It's possible to test the water structure by freezing it. Would it be patterns in the ice beautiful or chaotic, that's where we can see the difference. Contaminated water also gives a chaotic pattern.

Water is so amazing and full of openings, it is life on the Planet. It's a major component of the body which is better to be clean, positive, and healthy, full of beautiful energy. And it's just an easy way to do so.
Purification for sure should be done after there is an option of giving the water positive energy by positive words, lettering, sounds, gratitude thoughts, freezing, oat, fruit, vegetable infusions are also additional options to make water even better.
